A Cut above

Curb Appeal goes beyond the curb

When selling a home, its obvious that the interior needs to be in tip top shape. That goes without saying. But I’ve seen more than one house in my day be absolutely beautiful, but tall grass kills the sale before it has begun.

To keep the grass in check, I use a landscaping company in southern maryland and add it to my bill. If you sell this right, you’ll get your 6% plus any fees involved in selling the house. It just needs to be sold right from the start. Homeowners understand the need to keep the house in tip top shape, but you need to make sure to wiggle it into the sale.

Stay tuned for another article all about the magic of selling services to a home owner that will speed the sale, and lower your churn rate. You don’t want to show ten houses to sell one, keep those houses in tip top shape and you can keep your show rate down to 3-4 houses per client.
